Page 411 in your book, the regathering of Israel. We're going to look at the basis of the regathering of Israel. He's going to talk about the second regathering of them, and the basis of it is obviously the land covenant. Now, page 412 will read the Deuteronomy passage, but let me put a caveat to it. Just recently, they had Christ at the Checkpoint Conference. And this is filled with the most anti-Semitic rageaholics against Israel you could possibly imagine, who call themselves Christian. And I was listening to John Haller talk about it. He actually went because he wanted to snoop around and see what was going on. And he goes in there and he takes pictures of the bumper stickers on the back of these people's cars. And the bumper stickers will tell you everything. You have the co-exist bumper stickers. One bumper sticker said, you make the world how you want it. just off the wall liberal leftist kinds of bumper stickers so he goes in there and of course they're railing against Israel Israel doesn't have a right to the land yada yada yada so this one speaker I guess was speaking at this and these are people that are supposed to be Christians Okay, that's with air quotes around it. So I guess with one of the speakers, he said that he went and had dinner and he was sitting there and then one of the main speakers came and sat next to him and was eating. And anyway, they got in their meal, I guess mashed potatoes. But in these mashed potatoes, they mixed it with the skin, right? Yeah, I don't know if you've ever had that, but they mixed it with the skin and it's a mixed thing. Well, the guy goes, he started freaking out saying, is that bacon? Is that bacon? Is that bacon? Is that bacon? And so John was like, why is this guy freaking out about bacon? If you're a Christian, what are you worried about bacon in your baked potato? I'm not, I actually enjoy that. Put some more in, it's really good. So if you're a Christian and you know that all things are permissible as far as eating, all things have been declared free to eat by the Messiah in the gospels and so forth, and Paul talked with Timothy, that you actually can eat anything you actually want to, as long as you pray for it, it doesn't make you sick. Why would a Christian speaker be worried about bacon in his baked potato? He's Arab. He's an Arab. Now, wait a second. I said Arab, but I didn't say anything else. Why would an Arab so-called Christian be worried about bacon in his baked potato? Yes, and he said, is this halal? And John was like, is this guy like an undercover Muslim pretending to be like a Christian? If you're a Christian, why are you worried about bacon? Then obviously he let the cat out of the bag. Is this halal? What? And so you find it interesting that you go to these anti-Israeli Christian... so-called Christian, okay, that's in air quotes, rallies where they're calling Israel an apartheid state, calling them that they're committing genocide and all this other junk and they're occupiers of the land and these are so-called Christians supporting this and then you find out some dude who calls himself a Christian is worried about eating bacon. Huh, I wonder if the dude's a Muslim still, pretending to be a Christian. And so you see this and you're like Man, that's insane. And this was in the United States in Oklahoma, apparently. Yeah, I think Oklahoma. So the thing you're studying tonight is the very thing you're coming against. This is the dividing line, is Israel. Okay. And you're like, well, people are not really antisemitic, really, are they? No, the new antisemitism is anti-Zionism. That's what you need to be aware of. So if anyone tells you, I don't think Israel has a right to the land. Well, they have a problem. You have a problem with God, you have a problem with the promises God made, and you have a problem with a lot of these passages you're reading tonight. So I want to set the stage for that because obviously we have a problem in the church. Anyway, let's turn then to 4.12 and the basis of getting Israel back to its nation and creating a nation is to give them their land back. That's the whole idea. So you have Moses back in Deuteronomy 30 saying this, predicting this. And it shall come to pass, when all these things are come upon you, the blessing and the curse which I have set before you. And you shall call them to mind among all the nations, whether Yahweh your God has driven you, and shall return unto Yahweh your God, and shall obey his voice according to all that I command you this day. So let's just stop right there and give you the setting. This is referring to the second regathering of Israel, the second worldwide regathering. We now understand that there's actually two worldwide regatherings. As you can see in Deuteronomy, it's a regathering in faith. It says that you will turn to God and obey his voice, okay? That's when you know what regathering it's referring to. So let's unpack this a little bit. The Bible predicts two regatherings of Israel from the nations, from being scattered. The first one is a regathering, and we'll look at this later on, from the nations in unbelief to be restored as a nation, but not a believing nation, but just to be restored as a nation in unbelief. The second regathering that you're reading here in Deuteronomy is a worldwide regathering in belief and in restoration and giving them all their promises back. So the first regathering we saw in 1948, they're in unbelief as a nation, they were regathered from all the nations, so 1948 satisfies the first regathering. The second regathering will stem from the Antichrist scattering of them. But they are saved, remember, after they scatter as a nation. Hence, when Messiah comes back to second coming, he draws all the Jews back from all the nations after fleeing from the Antichrist. So here's what you'll see. In a lot of this secondary gathering information, it'll include a lot of neighboring countries. Which makes sense, because if you get scattered in the tribulation by the Antichrist, about as far as you can go is around the nation of Israel, right, to hide. These first were gatherings from all the world because they had 2,000 years to disperse and get mixed into all the other nations. And so that's what Deuteronomy 30 is referring to that Moses is talking about. Okay, let's continue on. And it says this, you and your children with all your heart, there's that reference to salvation, okay? With all your soul, how are you supposed to love the Lord? That way, right? Your whole being, right? Jesus talked about that being the greatest command. That when Yahweh your God will turn your captivity, talking about the Babylonian captivity of the Antichrist, and have compassion upon you. Why does he have compassion? Because it's the national salvation. And will return and gather you from all the peoples, whether Yahweh your God has scattered you. If any of your outcasts be in your uttermost parts of heaven, from thence will Yahweh your God gather you, and from thence will fetch you. Let's talk about that. How does he fetch them from any part of the world they're in? Well, it's simple. If you read Matthew 25, Jesus actually sends his elect angels to gather them. So there's a supernatural regathering. Right now, the first regathering is obviously supernatural, but it doesn't include angelic intervention. In fact, the first regathering we're seeing is due to persecution. That's why they're leaving Europe. That's why they're leaving Russia and different places like that and heading back to the land of Israel. But the second regathering is actually supernatural. The angels will actually lift them from where they are and transport them back to the land of Israel, according to Matthew 25. Anyway. He goes, and Yahweh your God will bring you into the land which your fathers possessed, and you shall possess it, and he will do you good. So it's not we're gathering for judgments, we're gathering for good. And multiply you above your fathers, and Yahweh your God will circumcise your heart. That's the new covenant right there, right? and your heart of your seed to love Yahweh your God with all your heart and with all your soul that you may live. And again, isn't that amazing? That's the very passage when Jesus was asked, what is the greatest commandment? That's what he's quoting, right? It's right there. And isn't that funny? That the greatest commandment is in the prediction of the regathering of Israel. So tie that to the gospels. Isn't that ironic? I want you to think about that. What is the significance of that very phrase being in the very passage that refers to Israel's restoration? How is that ironic with what he is saying to the religious leaders in his day in the first century? It's ironic in this sense. The very passage that talks about Israel's regathering, they're denying their own Messiah, not loving the Lord with all their heart, soul, strength, and mind, and will be scattered instead of gathered. It's a reversal. So, It's ironic. And you have to know the background of Deuteronomy 30 to understand that. That what's getting ready to happen in the Gospels is they're getting ready to be scattered in prediction of what Moses said would happen to them. So for instance, if you're reading Moses alone in Deuteronomy 30, you'd have to think as a Jew, why did we get scattered? Why were we dispersed? Why is it predicted that Moses told us that we were gonna be scattered among the nations? Why? And obviously he said, you know, you're gonna return and you're gonna love me with all your heart, soul, strength and mind and all that. And so there in Jesus's day, the very passage that they should know in the context of it, they're getting ready to get dispersed. because they don't love God. He told them, you don't love God. If God, if the father was your God, you would love me. You would accept me, but you don't. You don't love God. Your father is Satan. Remember that, that whole interchange in John? And just to paraphrase it, but it's so ironic. that that comes from the very passage that deals with their scattering and regathering. I find that amazing. Anyway, if that doesn't light your wood, your wood's wet, okay? Anyway, and Yahweh God will circumcise your heart and heart of your seed and love Yahweh your God with all your heart, with all your soul that you may live, okay? And Yahweh your God will put all these curses upon your enemies and on them, they hate you, that persecute you. So it's a total role reversal. And you shall return and obey the voice of Yahweh, and do all his commandment which I command you this day. And Yahweh your God will make you plenteous in all the work of your hand, that's referring to the millennial kingdom, in the fruit of your body, they'll multiply and produce babies, and in the fruit of your cattle and the fruit of the ground for good. So it's talking about the millennial reign of the Messiah. for Yahweh will again rejoice over you for good as he rejoiced over your fathers if you shall obey the voice of Yahweh your God to keep his commandments and his statutes which are written in the book of the law if you turn unto Yahweh your God with all your heart and with all your soul. Amazing. Okay, so there's the regathering to regeneration or after regeneration for good or for the kingdom age. Okay, so we got that. So then let's move then to the prophetic development of this regathering of Israel and where did we start seeing it? Well, the next page is what I want to refer to at page 413 and it's Isaiah 11. This is a key, key passage, okay? and I'll parse it out in just a second, so let's read it. And it shall come to pass in that day that the Lord will set His hand again the second time, and underline that. to recover the remnant of his people that shall remain from where? From Assyria, or basically Iraq and Syria, from Egypt, and from Parthos, and from Kush, and from Elam, and from Shinar, from Hamath, and from the islands of the sea. So basically all those places there are the Middle East, North Africa and the Middle East area. But the key phrase in all this is a second time. And that's what you have to capitalize on. What does Isaiah mean a second time? This is where we get the understanding that there are two regatherings. And there are only two regatherings. Oh. See, Well, then what is, where are you going with this? Well, the issue then is if you're dealing with somebody like Christ at the checkpoint, or anyone that's involved in replacement theology, they will tell you, well, that the modern state of Israel that's back in the land is insignificant. And I'll say, why? And they'll say, well, it's because, yeah, we understand that God predicted the regathering of Israel, but how do you know that this regathering is the initial one? And what would you say? Maybe God will cast them out again and we'll have to wait another thousand years or something like that before he brings them back. How do you know that 1948 is significant? Yeah, but what is this text telling you? There can only be two. And when's the next one happen? At the regeneration of them. So here's the thing when you're dealing with somebody with replacement theology or doesn't see that Israel significant The next regathering just like as you read in Deuteronomy 30 refers to a regathering worldwide regathering in belief And then we can pinpoint this of what happens. It's Revelation 12, when the dragon and the Antichrist goes after Israel and scatters them and tries to wipe them out. And then Matthew 25 brings in and he regathers them with the elect angels. Hence, if you're down to one regathering then, because that's the regathering after the Antichrist disperses them, what are you left with? One. There can't be multiple. Hence, when you see what happened in 1948, a nation becomes a nation in one day, but the key understanding is they were regathered in unbelief. There cannot be another scattering and regathering in unbelief because there's only two. So Isaiah puts a ceiling on it, he puts a cap on it. And that is extremely significant. That's why you and I have really good scriptural backing to say that 1948 is prophetically significant since there are only two. Hence, down one, you got one more left. And you already know how that one goes down. So when people say, I will even say, it's no joke, man. Israel is God's timepiece. How do I know the timepiece? Because I know of two regatherings of her. And one has been satisfied. What's left? You have a tribulation thing. So we're not waiting anymore for Israel to reconstitute as a nation. That's how close you and I are. to the end. That's really how close. Now, people have asked me, do you think Satan has always had an Antichrist ready to go? I would say it only goes back to 1948, because what's so significant about that? Well, Satan obviously knows the predictions of Israel. He can read Isaiah 11, and in fact, he knows it. He can, in fact, quote scripture better than Christians, right? Satan knows that Israel has to come back in the land before anything gets done. And because if Antichrist is on the scene, he has to cut a deal with Israel, right? It's predicted. So this is really, if you understand this and get this under your belt, this is how you have to defend Israel's right to the land currently. Okay, so here's my question. Christ at the checkpoint, again, replacement theology and all this stuff, and you really gotta get this nailed down. They propose a two-state solution with the Palestinians. Right, so you would all agree with Stephen that that's not viable theologically. Okay, good, you're answering correct. A two-state solution is not the right answer. Because your theology says, who does the land belong to? Okay, let's back up. Well, then I'm gonna play devil's advocate and be Mr. Replacement Theology, and here's what I'm gonna say back to you. Well, you show me where God says that the Arabs can't live on their land. Yeah, but God, you're telling me, I'm again, devil's advocate, you're telling me that God would order the genocide of people, and because, you know, Israel's an apartheid state, and they've, I just heard this the other day, they said, they claimed, Israel's committing genocide against the Palestinians, don't you know that? No, there's no evidence of that, right? But they say that, they love to say things, Israel's apartheid and committing genocide. Well, why are you so, why are you Christians are so opposed of the Arabs living there in the land? Why can't they just live there and get along in peace? Why can't they just work out a whole peaceful situation? That's right, they do not. So they'll ask you Well, what's your solution then if you don't want a two-state solution? What are you gonna do with all these Palestinians? Don't they have a right? to exist and Function as a nation and have everything given to them and just like you would are you so mean? Why don't you want them to live? Go back to, they are all ex-Jordanians, by the way. Interesting thing is that you would like to say, how come you don't ever ask the Jordanian government to deal with their settlement camps? They never get onto the Arabs or the Jordanians for doing anything, and especially even in Syria, there's refugee camps that they've been living there for seven decades and have not done anything to them. Let's go back and think about this in scripture. We understand that there's Arabs in different cultures even living among Israel today, okay? There's even some in the Knesset and they get along fine and they do well to some degree. But if I go back to the land covenant, I really gotta know where I'm going with this one. Because it answers the question about what do you do with the Palestinians? So what I would like you to do is I'd like you to turn to Numbers. And if you don't have it, I'll just read it. And let me find the verse real quick. It's Numbers, I think, 33. Yeah, Numbers 33. Numbers 33, and I'll read it for you and you can just follow along. We'll start in verse 52. Numbers 33, 52. Then you shall drive out all the inhabitants of the land from before you, destroy all their engraved stones, destroy all their molded images, and demolish all their high places. You shall dispossess the inhabitants of the land and dwell in it, for I have given you the land to possess. Jump down to verse 55. But if you do not drive out the inhabitants of the land from before you, then it shall be that those whom you let remain shall be irritants in your eyes and thorns in your side, and they shall harass you in the land where you dwell. Thank you very much. Plain as day. If you leave them in your land, they will become thorns in your side and harass you. You must drive every one of them out of your country. Is God trying to be mean to the Palestinians? Is He trying to be mean to Arabs? No, because God, we know, shows no partiality. He wants all to be saved. He doesn't take delight in the death of the wicked, yeah? You have to keep all that in factor. Why is He telling them this? And is this still valid? It's their land. I'm giving it, so therefore, I don't want anyone else on this thing. A two-state solution, not even an option. What did he say about intermingling, letting, let's say, Muslims live with them? They will be an irritant to you. They will harass you, which is exactly what's happening today. And you think, he couldn't be more clear. He could not be in a memoir. That's exactly what we see today, is that the Palestinians are nothing but harassment to Israel constantly. Yes, and I wish he wouldn't. This is my concern. I mean, you know, I'm so pumped up that Trump's been real pro-Israel and all this stuff, but do not go in there and try to do a deal with the Palestinians. And unfortunately, even Kushner, being a Jew, doesn't know his own book. And I wish somebody, maybe I hope with Pence, or somebody would get in there and say, look, have we read this? Do we understand what we're doing? I don't want to be putting the crosshairs with God. Do not offer a two-state solution. Do not do that. Unfortunately, I hear that. I hear those rumors coming out of Washington. And again, that's a violation of the land covenant, as you can see. Now, notice that the terms drive out Drive out. What does that mean? I think you know what drive out means, but what does it not mean? And what does it entail? It doesn't mean genocide. Just get them out. See, so the claim that the Old Testament is about Israel doing genocide on whole populations is not fair. The term, and you can look up the term, it is always drive them out, drive them out, drive them out. Now, obviously what's going to happen as an inevitable trying to drive people out, what happens? You're going to get into conflict. You're going to get into a war and it means people die. Okay, but the option is this, leave or we're going to fight you. So there's grace, get out. or you're gonna tangle with us. That's how Joshua is going to go about things. Okay, in some situations, just to keep this in mind, Joshua will be told to commit harem on an entire population. And I want you to notice something, if you read Joshua, when the harem is pronounced, which means I want everything dead, I want the animals, I want the women, children, I want the whole thing, and don't take anything of their possessions, harem it, everything. Why does he do that instead of saying just drive them out? What is going on there? If you read the details, and a lot of people don't understand this, they're typically dealing with Nephilim. They're typically dealing with hybrids. Okay? So when they come to a hybrid town where there's hybrid activity, and you'll see the refereem and those kinds of names, that means that there's a genetic problem there in the city. And he basically is saying, I want them all out because the genetics will foul things up. I want them gone. That's the only time you'll see a harem. A harem will not be pronounced if the village is fully human. It'll mean just drive them out. Because he doesn't want them contaminated. Now in some situations he'll let them take it, the spoil. But the situations where the giants are there, I don't want you touching it. He doesn't want them contaminated. And even go after the animals, because what happened is the animals are contaminated. And you think, wow, really? Yeah. Where do you think the myths came from, even in Noah's flood, about these animals that are hybrids, like a cenotaur or a minotaur or whatever? The angelic order was messing with the DNA structures. And obviously, if you see by deduction or inference, why would he tell them, kill all the animals too? because something's messed up in the animals. Don't think for a moment these people were not having sex with animals. I know people that you're like, oh, that's crazy. No, why did he have to put a bestiality law? Because they were having sex with animals. And you think, what's going on behind it? Do you understand that in the occult, in Satanism, occultism, which is heavily pagan, that's what the Canaanites were, heavily pagan. The sexual, to have sex, transfers the power of the demon to the other person. Or you can actually assume the power from another person by having sex with them through demonic transference. And they could do that through animals too. So it wasn't because they were in love with an animal. They wanted the power that derived from the person or the animal or whatnot. See, in the pagan world, Even today in Satanism, Satanists who have sex with other Satanists transfer demons back and forth through the sexual act. There's a transference of demonic powers when they have sex. and like a new Satanist will have sex with all kinds of other older Satanists and receive that power through the sex act and they have a bunch of demons and powers and psychic powers whatever abilities through the sex act so it's more than just wanting to have sex it is thoroughly supernatural thoroughly so to go and understand what Joshua's doing, he said, I need you to kill them all because they're having sex with everybody. They're having sex with animals and they're transforming demonic powers and things of that nature. I want them all wiped out. Well, that brings a whole new light. Completely brings a whole new light in why Joshua would be told, I want them all wiped out. Just like the flood, I want to wipe them all out. It's more than just killing human beings. You've got to kill the demonic strongholds, not like you can kill a demon, but you have to get them out of the land. There's heavily demonic strongholds in those areas and he wants them gone. And the only way you get them gone is you have to get rid of the people who they're attached to. And messing up the genetic lines and things like that. It gets real dark, I know. But when you see it from that standpoint, all of a sudden, oh, that totally makes sense. It wasn't just a complete genocide. It was demonic. He had to get rid of them. Okay, I totally get it. Because the Satanists will tell you the same thing. They're having sex with each other, transferring demons through sex. Happens constantly with them. So when you bring that into things, okay. Okay, so then go back to the land I get it. So now you tell me, where then does replacement theology come from? You got it. When you approach it from that angle, then that's a doctrine of demons. You mean to tell me, Brandon, there's people who believe in that? Yeah, and the majority of the church does. And I'm not saying these people know this. I am not saying they understand it. I'm just saying they have incorporated into their theology, a theology that came straight from hell. Because when you see these passages and look at the next few pages, there's just tons of scripture devoted, land, land, land, land, land, land. What do you do with that? I wanna tell these guys. And they just totally dismiss it. Well, Israel's over. Is Israel over? No, Paul says they're not. So with all that being said, now you see how important it is to know about the land. Let me give you a real world example and then we'll take a break. When Israel became a nation, it was us who became the first nation to say Israel deserves to be a nation. It was us, the United States. I think we received a lot of blessing for that. But it was Harry Truman. FDR was the anti-semite, by the way. He then has a stroke, which actually was a blessing in disguise, because it got Harry Truman into that office. And you think, what, you know, even Harry Truman had a hard time. He had his friend that he used to sell coats with, and I forgot that guy's name, he was a Jew, and he was real good friends with him. They pleaded with Harry Truman, declare Israel a nation. Israel's Ben-Gurion is talking to Harry Truman and whatnot, but you know what tipped the edge for Harry Truman? Because all of his generals, everyone was saying, don't do it, don't do it, don't declare my nation. Do you know what tipped the scales for Harry Truman? His Sunday school teacher at VBS. No, I don't know if it was the VBS, it was the Sunday school teacher. What pushed Harry Truman over the edge is that he was raised in a church that taught the importance of Israel. And I want you to think about this. That was before Israel became a nation. So some Sunday school teacher, unknown, was telling little Harry, God has a plan for the Jews. God's gonna restore the Jews one day. Someone told that little boy that in a Sunday school, and that stuck in his head, that God has a plan for the Jews. So then he becomes president of the United States, first order of business, Israel's a nation again, because of his Sunday school. Whoa. Yes, he did. He talked about it. And in fact, he went too far and started bragging about it. And he said, I'm the new Cyrus. So check this out. Most Christians don't even know the story of Cyrus. What did Cyrus do? He's the one who gave the edict for Nehemiah to rebuild the walls and start rebuilding Jerusalem, right? And so he must have been taught that when he was a little kid. So he claims he's the new Cyrus. And so, yeah, so what happened, Chris, is he got a little braggadocious about it. But he knew it. He knew what he had done. And once we put our hat in the ring about Israel becoming a nation, People just followed in line, right along, because we led the way in that one. So it's a good story about even the stuff you're reading is not, well, it's not that important. No, it is important. It actually changed the whole course of history of knowing and understanding the importance of Israel and their land, and their land. Or going to any outside of our country, you'll see it firsthand. Yeah. Well, Stephen, there's several answers to that one. The first one is there's an anti-supernatural attitude about, with a lot of pastors. They're anti-supernatural. Now, they don't deny the supernatural, you know, the virgin birth or resurrection, but they will not go into these other arenas, into angelology, demonology, and so it's either out of ignorance or they simply don't want to touch the subject. That's number one. The second one is, because the hypercharismatics have taken this to an extreme, they throw the baby out with a bathwater. And if you turn on Benny Hinn or whatever, these guys are crazy, man. They're going nuts on this supernatural stuff. And there's an angel and a demon under every rock. And they start naming, you have the demon of lust, and you have the demon of this, and all this other stuff. And they blow it out of proportion. So what ends up happening is they get an opposite reaction to that by conservatives. And the conservative says, I don't want to be any part of that. And they throw the baby out with the bathwater. In doing so, they then neglect what you and I are understanding. That there are demonic forces, there are things going on, supernatural things happening, and because they've done that, they just don't go there anymore. And then a lot of it's just not simply taught. They're not taught in seminary about it, they don't understand. It's like they didn't take one demonology class, they didn't take one satanology class, because you'd learn that if you did your proper seminary work. But a lot of you guys, you know what, Stephen, I hate to say it, when they go to seminary, they learn how to defend Calvinism, And then they learn how to do Rick Warren's church growth movement. And that's it. So that's all they know. They graduate seminary knowing those two things. And so you have a massive ignorance in the pulpit, just massive ignorance, because they simply hadn't touched the subject. We had one kid, we sent to one of our Southern Baptist seminaries, he went through an entire seminary in three years, didn't take one eschatology class, not one. How do you do that? How do you go to seminary and not take one class in times? He found the way. So I think what you see there, that's why you don't hear it. That's why you don't hear it. That might be. That's, yeah, that's a good point. I think, you know, you have the unhealthy fundamentalist movement that turned, that went crazy and went, swung the pendulum. And I think a lot of people reacted to that because there was a lot of legalism in the fundamentalist movement. It started out good, but then it turns from being a fundamentalist theologically into what kind of pants I'm wearing or I'm not sorry with women if they're wearing pants or a skirt or if the guy You know, you can't wear a toupee if you're bald you could have a comb over but it's got to be an inch an inch from here, any lower than an inch, it's ungodly if you have a comb over. The fundamentalist movement just went crazy and started doing stupid things like that to where you had a reaction saying, hey, I don't want to be like that. But what did they do? Swung the pendulum the opposite way. Let's get real laissez-faire and let's do the smoke and lights thing. So yeah, it's always this pendulum swing. So there's no doubt about it. And so now what do you have? You don't have a fire and brimstone. which was, you know, there's times for that, but it got imbalanced. What you now have is self-help. And that's a complete pendulum swing. And so that's, it's out of balance. And so if I'm gonna either do, if I'm doing self-help, where does demonology fit in that one? It doesn't. It just doesn't. And so people are ignorant of how demons work, how demons affect their lives, and how demons can get a foothold in their life, and what opens them up to demons, and they don't even know. And some Christians have demons, and they don't even know. They're not possessed, but they're suppressed or repressed, and they don't even know they have it, and they don't understand, why do I keep doing the same things I'm doing? How come I can't get free from this sin? It's because you have demonic oppression, and they don't even know what I'm talking about. Is it real? Absolutely. Like I tell you, I went to Oregon, I felt it. I definitely felt it. And what did I feel? Well, when you start getting demon oppressed, let me tell you how you feel. You know what the thoughts they send into your head? Take a guess. They bring up, yeah, suicide is number one, you wanna kill yourself, you should die, you're no good, you're of no value, can't believe God would even use you. And then they're gonna go back to your old sins that you've repented of and moved on from and say, remember when you were this and you did that and remember that and remember this and remember that, remember that, you're good for nothing. And they'll just bring you down and speak lies to you. And if people really knew who you were, they would hate you. See, those thoughts that come to your head, if you don't realize that it's spiritual warfare, you're gonna buckle and you think that's coming from you. They're not. Something is trying to break you down. And does God bring up your past sins when you've confessed it and repented? What does he say about your sins? Gone and done as far as the east from the west. We're not revisiting that anymore, Brandon, right? But the demons start playing the record over again. Let's go back to your past. Do you remember this? Or they'll go back to your trauma. You remember that happened to you? You remember how you felt? And just slam you if you don't know the truth. If you don't know how to fight that, you will get depressed. You will slunk down. You will pull away. You will withdraw. Because then they'll say, fine, I've got him. See, what they want to do is make you useless. You can't do anything. If they can make you feel useless, you're of no value, God can't use you, all this other junk, then you will play right into that and you won't serve. And they say, perfect, perfect. And anytime you get a little bump up saying, I'm gonna go serve Jesus, boom! Remember that? Remember this? Remember that? And it just goes all in your head. It'll make you psycho. Well, they don't give up the fight pretty easy. I can tell you that. The first, obviously, people have to get saved, right? And then you have the squatters that are there, the demonic squatters. There could be several of them, multiples. They don't leave too soon. Because they're wanting to see if they can stay, if the believer will let them stay. And the first of all is they're there because they have the legal right to be there because that person let them in at some point in time. They let Satan get a foothold in their life. and so then the squatters stay. So what they're gonna say is if you're going to be strong enough in the Lord to renounce them and keep staying on the path and keep renouncing them and resisting them. And eventually, like he says, resist the devil and he will flee. If you resist enough, they will leave. But I can tell you this, the longer you've been in the occult, the longer you have been in touch with that world, the longer it takes for them to get rid of you, or you to get rid of them. Now, in some situations, do they leave instantly? Yes. In some cases, they don't. So it typically is a progress of getting them out of your life because they have established a beachhead and they know how to function. And so you have to just, it's an ongoing keep resisting, keep resisting. And then here's what needs to happen, Chad. The individual has to identify the entry point that they let them in. And they have to renounce that, get rid of it. If it's paraphernalia, they have to burn it. They have to completely disregard that. And you see, that's what happened with the Ephesians. They burned their stuff, remember, with the Apostle Paul. They burned it. Because that's breaking curses and things of that nature that in the demonic and satanic realm happens to people. They put curses on people and it traps them in it. And so what keeps the curse going, again, I'm talking in the demonic realm, is the paraphernalia, the entry point, keeps them locked in. And so, in order to break that, you have to destroy the information, books, whatever it is, and then you have to find the foothold in your soul. Where did they get into the soul at? And it could have been drugs, trauma, sex, it could be they got involved in the occult, it got involved in psychics, mediums, whatever, and that became the entry point. And that entry point has to be renounced. It has to be renounced, but here's the deal. If you can't identify it, they get to stay. What Satan is trying to do is hide the entry points of where people, where they got in at. Because if you don't wear the entry point, you don't know how to renounce anything. It's a legal game. It's a territorial game. Renouncing Jesus's name, what you did to let them in. Now you ask for forgiveness, but you have to go one step further and renounce. And why would you have to renounce? So if you pray and they don't leave, then what's happening? Because a lot of people pray and they don't leave. Is it God not moving them? What is it? They have the legal right to be there because the person hasn't renounced them being there. You have to say leave in the name of Jesus Christ and the blood of Jesus Christ, you need to leave and never come back. But if you don't know where they came in, what are you gonna renounce? And what if you keep doing the same thing that allows the entry? So if the entry point was pornography, what if you don't know it? So if you keep doing pornography, they get to stay. So that's why people as Christians get stuck spiritually. Because they don't even know that there's demons who have a foothold in their life. In Ephesians 4, you can check it out for yourself, Paul uses the term foothold. And they don't know that a foothold has been established in their life. That's why they have suicidal thoughts. That's why they start to go crazy. That's why they start having mental illnesses sometimes. They can't turn off the voices in their head. That's why they get into addictions. That's why they act irrational sometimes. And this is why they're completely ineffective as a Christian. because this is going on with them. And there can be all kinds of entry points, but that's what people don't understand. And unfortunately, like back to Stephen's question, because it's not taught, Stephen, that's why. And I don't know if how many pastors know about it, but if you don't know how to fight spiritual warfare, you're gonna lose. They hope you're ignorant. They hope you don't know how to play this game. I don't mean to freak you out, but it's real. Don't think it's not. It's real. It's real. It's real. It's real. It's real. It's real.
