Two Responses to Sin

The woman caught in adultery reveals two ways in which humanity responds to other people's sin. The Pharisees: quick to judge, condemn and issue the death sentence. The Lord Jesus by contrast, would not condemn her. He lovingly called her to leave her sin and repent, and go and sin no more.
