Christ was divine and is divine. He always was divine. We started
this class, the last one, we're talking about the deity and divinity
of Christ. In Genesis 22, 14, it talks about
Christ as Jehovah Jireh, the Lord who hears, the Lord my shepherd. In Genesis 22, 14, we have Hagar
cast out into the wilderness, and two times, Jehovah talked
to her directly, and Jehovah is Jesus. And she called him,
the first place in the Bible that Jesus is called Jehovah-ro-ee,
or Jehovah-ji-ree, the Lord who watches over me, the Lord my
shepherd. And Jesus is that person. He is the shepherd. When David
wrote, And Psalm 22, let's see if I can find that here. Get
the right Bible in a minute maybe. There it is. Psalm 23, I want to go look at
that. That's a beautiful psalm. Many
people know it by heart. If they know anything, they memorize
Psalm 23 by heart. David's idea... David was his
shepherd, remember? Not only was he a king, but he
was a shepherd. And David, his idea of heaven was in Psalm 23. This is his idea of heaven. This
is it. The Lord is my shepherd, Jehovah-Roy.
He's my Jehovah Jireh. He's my Jehovah that watches
over me. A shepherd watches over his sheep.
I shall not want. He makes me to lie down in green
pastures. He leads me beside quiet waters.
Now, every one of these things is shepherd term because a sheep
will not drink from rushing or running water. They have to go
someplace where it's a quiet pool. He restores my soul. He guides
me in the path of righteousness for his namesake. Jesus gave
us the most perfect example of righteousness that's ever been
given in the history of mankind, period. Jesus became angry at
times, but it was righteous indignation. He cursed people at times. He called them what they were.
Udina thieves whatever you know he called him that because that's
what they were you know and Jesus will throw every person in hell
that will ever go into hell Jesus will do that because he is you
know we are if you get in trouble you're tried by a jury of your
peers in life people like you you have a judge and you have
a jury Jesus is the judge and the jury because he is like us. He's our Gorial, he's our kinsman
redeemer. He guides me in paths of righteousness for his namesake.
Even though I walk to the valley of the shadow of death, and how
many times have you faced death? I remember Marilyn, she didn't
really know it, but I've seen her so close to death several
times in the last nearly 30 years. I called in 2020 all over California
and Nevada trying to get some hospital to take her in there
to save her life. She was dying. And all over California, they
said, no, no, no. She's too old. She's no, no,
no, no. Just get ready to lose her. You know, you've been around.
She's been here for a long time. Blah, blah, blah. And I said,
but, I said, her mind is still sharp, everything. There's nothing,
no reason why in the world you wouldn't try to save her. We're
not going to. I called Reno, I called Hawthorne, Nevada. I
called Yarrington, I called all over the different hospitals
everywhere, and they said they'd all take her, but they had COVID
real bad. They said she'll die if she gets
this. I finally called Bishop California, and I told her her
condition and everything, and they said, well, bring her here.
We don't have COVID. We have nothing in the hospital.
Bring her here. And, uh, I did. And they saved
her life. She was very weak. And they saved
her life. She was close to death. I took
her in one time down in California. They were going to shock her
heart. Her heart, she was in atrial fibrillation. She was going to
die. And they shocked her heart. And she got better. And then
they kicked her out. Couldn't treat her anymore. Close
to death. I've been close to death many,
many times. Many times. If you have been that close to
death so many times, sometimes you even are there almost. I had to shock my heart one time
to get me back alive. And you know, the other side
is much better. It's much better. There's no
pain, no tears, nothing over there bad. Even though I walk
through the valley of the shadow of death, I shall fear no evil.
You are with me. You're with me. Your rod and
your staff, they comfort me. God corrects us and he guides
us. The rod and the staff, he grabs us and pulls us out of
danger, and sometimes he whips us. You prepare a table before
me in the presence of my enemies, and here sometimes he does. He
provides for us no matter what the world's doing. You have anointed
my head with oil. You have made me shine. My cup
overflows. How many of us can say, Sharon,
I know you've been counting your blessings. Marilyn, I've been
counting my blessings. This is the time of year. This
is the last sermon I'm going to preach this year. The Lord is our shepherd. He
is our God. Jesus is God. He's not a God. He's not part of God. He's not
one God, one of the gods. He is God. Surely goodness and
loving kindness will follow me all the days of my life. And
the word loving kindness there, that is one of the Jehovah titles
of Jesus, the man of loving kindness. I will dwell in the house of
the Lord forever. Now, they say, well, how in the world does that
teach the divinity of Christ? Well, it's talking about Jesus.
In John, the first chapter, it's so beautiful there. And we talked
about that the last time. It said that Jesus was before
all things and in all things. The book of Colossians tells
us that he created all things, that to him, by him, and for
him were all things created. And I know some of you out there,
some of you are Catholics, some of you are Mormons, some of you
are Jehovah Witness, and sometimes you drop in and listen to these
things that I teach. Jesus Is not mad at you all the
time. He doesn't hate you all the time.
Now, you don't have to pray to Mary for Mary to talk to her
son to make him like you or take it easy on you. You don't have to do that. You
don't have to go through Mary to do that. You know, a son will
always honor his mother. That's how they look at it. Well,
you just pray to Mary and you're going to be okay because she
won't refuse him anything. Jesus loves you. He died for
you. Mary didn't die for you. Mary
did not die for you. Paul didn't die for you. Peter
didn't die for you. All of these people, they have
saints that you can pray to them and they will get you to heaven
because they have so many merits over beyond what they needed
to get to heaven themselves, they have some left over. Jesus
is the only merit. You will be saved by Jesus and
Him only or not at all. Period. Now, in the 19th chapter of the
book of Revelation, we referred to this before, in verse number
11, Old I saw heaven open, behold a white horse, he that sat upon
it is called faithful and true, and in righteousness he judges
and makes war. In righteousness he judges and makes war, not
in wickedness. You will look at the Generals
today and presidents and prime ministers all over the world
why they wouldn't go out and stick their neck out for you
for one for one minute Jesus did Jesus did now Mormonism
they believe in Jesus, but Jesus is our older brother Jesus is
not your older brother He is not one of the gods And you are
not a god and embryo. You're not going to go out and
people planets all over the universe because you're a good Mormon.
And you're not going to have children there and populate all
these planets like Adam God did. We don't serve Adam God. We serve
Jehovah, the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. We serve that triune
God. And through Jesus Christ, we're
saved. Galatians 4 and 4 said when the folks the time had come
God sent forth his son made of a woman made under the law made
of a woman that Genesis 3 15 Jesus was born in human flesh,
but he had no human blood in him it was divine Because all
human blood has the infection of sin in it Jesus did not have that blood
in him And therefore, he would never sin because he didn't have
the sin nature. But he could have made the choice
to sin. You know, in Matthew, the fourth chapter, Satan appeared
to him and tempted him personally. After he had been fasting for
40 days and 40 nights, too, he was at his weakest point. One
of the first things he said to him, Command these stones, if
you're a son of God, command these stones that they may be
bread. Now, in English, it says, if
you're the son of God, but in Greek, it says, since you are
the son of God, make these stones bread. He said, thou shalt not
tempt the Lord thy God. Satan, you shall not tempt the
Lord your God. You shall not tempt the Lord
your God. Because Jesus is his God. Satan is not some gigantic
power that is above God. He's supernatural. He has a lot
of workers with him. One-third of the angelic and
demonic forces are with him. They'll never be redeemed at
all. Jesus didn't die for them. He died for you and me. Jesus
is God in the flesh. Go back and let's look at that
one more time in the Gospel of John. The Gospel of John. Matthew,
Mark, Luke, and John. And just the first chapter. You don't have to go very far. The
Gospel of John. In beginning, That's what it
says in Hebrew, NRK, Ein Hologos. In beginning, singular, in the
absolute beginning, nothing else existed. And then the word there
is Ein, third person, singular, imperfect, indicative, active.
That means in beginning, kept on being. It kept on being, Hologos. Now this Hologos there is a Hebraism. Hologos means the Jehovah. And
the Jehovah kept on being with God, our Prostanteon. He kept
on, the Jehovah never ceased being God. When Jehovah became
flesh on this earth, Jehovah means he shall become. When Jehovah became flesh on
this earth, he was still God. It says that right here, it says, And the word kept on being toward
the God, or kept on being, or Jehovah kept on being God. Because,
here we have the word chi, and right here it means because.
Page 208, analytical Greek lexicon. Because hologos ain't theos. Now, this is a predicate nominative. If you know anything about language,
I mean, in depth, analytical lexicon, language, Sometimes
they don't teach you what a predicate nominate is in school. Hardly
anything anymore at all. The word hologos ain theos. First of all, they end with omicron
sigma, which is the same number, gender, and case. And that linking
bird there, kept on being, literally means it's equal. Let's go over
here and let me show you this grammatically and mathematically. So here is God. And we have this word Ein there,
and we have the word Word, but actually the word should be translated
Jehovah, because that's what it's talking about, it's Hebraism.
And the Jehovah kept on being God. Now, it says The Pole Logos. Okay? But whole logo's there. That's a nominee genuine singular
masculine. Definite article. Nominee singular masculine here.
Linking verb. And then, nominee singular masculine
here. This here is that. Literally. God is Jehovah. Jehovah is God. That's what it's talking about
here. He was in the beginning. Toward God. All things came into
being through him, and apart from him nothing came into being
that has become into being. In him was life, and the life
was a light of men. When God created Abam, Ha-Abam,
the Adam, when he created Adam in the garden, he formed him
not from dust, but as he formed the dust, the same way. and from
the same elements as he had made dirt. It's not from dirt, but
from the same elements as dirt. Because man is a primary creation
of God, not a secondary creation of God from something else. He
didn't make him from wood. He didn't make him from dirt.
He didn't make him from sand. He made him from the same elements
as the sand and the earth. And then it said, he breathed
into him the breathings of lives. And in Genesis 126 there, where
it says, he made him in our image, his blood-flowing likeness. Dom. Dom is blood. He made us in his blood-flowing
likeness, as Jesus would be. When God breathed the blood into
Adam, it was untainted. It was divine blood. But he gave
him a will. His soul had a will. And the
will went away from God. When Jesus was born into this
world, he did not go away from God. 114, it says here, kaihologosarxagenito. You can say that, can't you,
Marilyn? Say that for me. John 114, Marilyn. Kaihologosarxagenito. Thank you. That's what I wanted.
and the word the Jehovah flesh he became and he dwelt among
us he pitched his tent among us of what it says and we beheld
his glory the glory they only have gotten from the father full
of grace and truth revelation 21 and verse 2 repeats this John
1 18 says no man has seen God at any time the only begotten
God the one being in the bosom of the father that's own in in
Greek, on, is the one being. Nomine singular, masculine, present
participle, actually the one being in the bosom of the Father. He always was there. He was always...
Jesus was never completely ever as far as person. A deity was never separated from
God. In the flesh, he was condemned. But his eternal spirit of the
Son never was. Being in the bosom of the Father
and He has explained Him, it says there, but actually it said
He has led Himself out. Third Person, Masculine, Singular,
Second, Aorist, Indicative, Middle Voice. He led Himself out. Punctiliar in action. But He
did it once. And the Bible says He died once
for us. Died once for us. Jesus is not going to die. The
priests today, they take a wafer And they take the wine, and they
bless it, and they turn it into the blood of Jesus, and the wafer
into the body of Jesus. And they sacrifice Him again.
Eternally sacrificing Christ. Jesus died once! Not a thousand
million times all over the world. I could read to you from the
Confessions of Faith of the Catholic Church where it says that he
was the eternal sacrifice, that he sacrificed everywhere in the
world, all over, all again, again, again, and every one of the masses. That is heresy. It is perversion. It is blasphemy. Jesus Christ
died once for all. Once for all. And he saves us once for all. And if you go all the way back
to Psalms 23, Psalm 110 verse 1. Let's go look at that for
a moment. Let me find my Bible here again.
Psalm 110 verse 1. tread through these pages here.
I can get them separated. Psalm
110 verse 1. I remember Kathy in my classes
so many years ago. A little girl there at Barrela
Baptist Church. She was so fast finding places
I'd have her read it for me. Remember that Kathy? Remember
Kathy there in the class? She was always really fast on
finding The Lord says to my Lord, Haven't I said to my Lord, Jehovah,
or Elohimu, set at my right hand, until I make your enemies a footstool
for your feet. The Lord will set forth your
strong scepter from Zion and saving rule in the midst of your
enemies. The Lord said to my Lord, Jesus
is divine. He is not your older brother.
He is not your older divine brother, and you're not a god and embryo. And if you're a Jehovah Witness,
Jesus is not the angel Michael. You know, I was on the phone
with him about, what was it, two hours, two and a half hours one
time, and the watchtower called me and talked to me. And when
we lived in Old River, And I told them, first of all, they said
they heard I was a scholar and they saw me on the internet.
This was probably 15, 20 years ago. And they want to talk to
me. I think what they were doing
was trying to figure out some way to answer what I was teaching. Because you can't answer it.
I remember one time Alan Wagner there at Valley Baptist Church,
he was an administrator of the church, administrator there. And he introduced me to one of
the leaders of the Southern Baptist Convention. And he said, this
is one of the greatest Bible scholars in the world. I'm just
sitting there being quiet. And he said, a Jehovah Witness
can't last five minutes in his presence. He said, they're done. He said, he'll just open the
Bible to them, and there are no answers to what he says. Well,
I think they were trying to find an answer to what I said there
to them. Several hours I talked to them,
two or three hours, I don't remember how long, three and a half hours
maybe. It was a long time, but they told me, and they said,
this is, you know, I'm in Brooklyn, New York, and all right, you
know, all this kind of stuff, and I'm one of the contributors
here, and all that, and I want to ask you some questions. I
said, well, I won't answer any questions. I will teach you anything
the Bible says, but I won't argue with you for one minute. I will
hang up on you. If you want to hear what I say,
I said, you can listen to it. I'll teach you. Because I said,
you've got some things you need to learn. And I talked about
the deity of Christ like I talked about right here. John 1 and
1 and all that. And then later on, they came
up that Jesus is, that he did create. And that he was the son of God. a son of God, but he was still
created. The Father created him. But he
was the first creation before God ever created anything. But
you know what the Bible said? The Bible said Jesus created
everything. It didn't say the Father did. It said Jesus did
it. It may say the Father planned
it, but Jesus executed it. Jesus is the creator. And I heard
from one of them a while back that Jesus was the creator. They're
trying to answer this stuff. They're trying to keep people
in there. You know, the Jehovah's Witnesses was an illegitimate group to
begin with, started by Charles Taze Russell. It all goes way
back to William something or other back there in the early
1800s. And they started all of this. He was a Baptist, by the
way. This William, whatever his name is. I can't think of him
right now. But he was a Baptist. He was a heretic Baptist. He
talked about the Lord coming and it was going to happen in
the 1800 and something. It was absolutely, he had it
all figured out and everything. And that they set her all these Bible
studies from this. The Seventh-day Adventist started
with this. Herbert Armstrong's group started from this originally. All of these Mary Ellen Whites
started from this. Every one of these heretical
groups came from this group as it started. How many times has
the Jehovah Witness declared that the Lord's coming back?
How many times the Mormonism? Lord's always going to come back.
They got to have seven years of food and seven years of this
and seven years of that I'll tell you one thing when the tribulation
comes on laser on this earth. There's not much way you can
escape it If you're lost when the rapture comes Jesus is Messiah. He's hamashia
He's add an I have a name in Revelation the 19th chapter go
back there again and I wasn't finished with it a while ago.
We just took a little parenthetical cruise. His eyes are like a flame of
fire, and upon his head are many diadems. The word diadem there
means streamers, a crown he owns by he is born the king of Israel,
the Stephanos. But the diademas, the diadema,
The diadems, those you win. Jesus overcame everything. Those streamers are all the things
that he overcame. And his name written upon him,
which no man knows. Of course, we don't know how
to say the name Jehovah, even though we say it all the time,
but that's not the way you pronounce it, because we don't know how
to say it. He is clothed with a robe dipped
in blood, his blood. And his name is called Hologost
Tuthiou, the word of God, the Jehovah of God, the one who shall
become of God. And the armies which are in heaven,
clothed in wine, linen, white and clean, were following him
on horses. They didn't follow him on horses.
An army, they follow him on horses as a spectator to watch what
their savior is going to do. And from his mouth comes a short
sword, so that he may smite the nations, and he will rule with
them with a rod of iron. And he treads down the winepress
of the fierce wrath of God the Almighty. Elhim, El Shaddai. This is him. He's El Shaddai.
He's the all-powerful one. He's the eternal one. And on
his robe and on his side he has the name, Adonai ha-Adonaiim.
This is quoted from the Hebrew. King of king and Lord of lords,
this is our savior. This is our God that saves us. John 10. John the 10th chapter
now. Now see, John wrote the book
of Revelation. You know, John wrote the Gospel of John and
the Book of Revelation to prove that Jesus is divine and He is
the eternal God. John 10 and verse number 30. Go all the way back to verse
22. At the time the dedication took
place at Jerusalem. Yet it was in winter, and Jesus
was walking in the temple area of Portico of Solomon. And the Jews, therefore, gathered
around him and were saying to him, how long will you keep us
in suspense? If you are the Christ, tell us
plainly. In John, the fourth chapter,
he did to that Samaritan woman. He said, and we'll go there before
we do this, finish. tell us plain Jesus said to them
I told you and you do not want to believe the works that I do
in my father's name these bear witness to me Jesus performed
his messianic credentials to prove he was Messiah Jehovah
in flesh but you don't want to believe because you are not of
my sheep my sheep hear my voice and I know them and they follow
me and I give them eternal life and they shall never perish And
no one shall snatch them out of my hand. My Father, who has
given them to me, is greater than all. And no one is able
to snatch them out of my Father's hand. And I and the Father are
one. I and the Father are one. And they took up stones to stone
him, because he said he was God. Now let's go to John, the fourth
chapter. That's right after the third chapter, you know. John,
chapter 4. John 4 and verse number 4 and he had to pass through Samaria
now the Samaritans were that the Jews wouldn't even want to
be cast their shadow upon them or theirs upon them he came to
the city of Samaria called Sychar near a parcel around that Jacob
gave to his son Joseph and Jacob's well was there and I've been
this place by the way I think Sharon has too Jesus, therefore,
being wearied from his journey, was sitting down by the well,
and it was about the sixth hour. This is about 12 o'clock high
noon. There came a woman from Samaria to drill water, and Jesus
said to her, please give me a drink. Now, a Jew would not want any
woman, a Samaritan woman or a Gentile woman, to touch anything about
him or even speak to her. He couldn't speak to his wife
in public, according to the law of the rabbis, what we might call the writings,
the traditions of the father, the Talmud. They couldn't even
speak to the wives in public, it was called promiscuous. So
he couldn't speak to this woman, even though that didn't come
from the word of God, that came from their lips, not God's lips,
not God's hand either. For his disciples had gone away
into the city to buy food, and the Samaritan woman therefore
said to him, How is it that you, being a Jew, ask me to drink,
since I am a Samaritan woman? For the Jews have no dealing
with Samaritans." She's educating Jesus, she thinks. Jesus answered
and said to her, If you knew the gift of God, and who it is
that says to you, Give me a drink, you would have asked him, and
he would have given you living waters. And she said to him, Sir, Curiae,
Lord. That's what she said. Curios,
Lord. Curiae, in the vocative sense. Lord, you have nothing
to draw water from well that is deep, and where do you get
this living water? You are not greater than our
father Jacob, are you? who gave us the well and drank
of it himself and his sons and his cattle. And Jesus said to
her, everyone who drinks of the water that I shall give him shall
thirst, that this water shall thirst again, that is. But whoever
drinks of the water that I give to him shall never thirst, but
the water that I shall give to him shall become a springing
well inside him up to eternal life. And the woman said to him,
sir, master, Lord, give me this water so I will not be thirsty,
nor come all the way here to draw. And Jesus said to her,
go call your husband and come here. And the woman answered
and said to him, I have no husband. And Jesus said to her, you confessed
your sins, all right. I have no husband, because you
have had five husbands. And the one whom you now is,
is not your husband. This you have truly said truly. And the woman said to him, Sir,
Master, Lord, I perceive that you are a prophet. Our fathers,
now she's gonna, now she knows he's a prophet, so she's gonna
ask him, is my religion okay, or should I go to another religion?
Am I okay? Our fathers worshipped in this
mountain, and you people say that in Jerusalem is a place
where men ought to be worshipped. And Jesus said to her, woman,
you shall, believe me, an hour is coming when neither in this
mountain nor in Jerusalem shall you worship the Father. You shall
worship that which you know, or you worship that which you
do not know. And we worship that which we know, for salvation
is from the Jewish people. But an hour is coming, and now
is, and the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit
and in truth, for such people the Father seeks to be his worshippers. And God is spirit, and those
who worship Him must worship Him in spirit and truth. Then
the woman says to Him, I know that Messiah comes. I know that He comes, and He
is the one called Christ. When the one comes, he will declare
all things to us. Now, listen. This is Jehovah
that shall come, John 1, 14. He shall declare all these things
to us. And Jesus said to her, I who speak to you, I am him. Jesus was talking with the Jewish
leaders, and they said, You're not fifty years old. Do you say
that you know Abraham?" And he said, when Abraham saw me, he
was cheerful. Because, see, he had taken his
son Isaac up there and he was going to offer him as a sacrifice.
God had told him to do that. And then when God spoke to him,
when Jesus spoke to him, Jehovah Jireh spoke to him, he was glad
because he didn't have to kill his son. And he called him the Lord, my
shepherd, the one who watches over me. God is spirit, they
worship him, must worship him in spirit. And a woman said,
I know it's Christ, and when he comes, he'll declare all things
to me and to us. And Jesus said to her, I am he
that speaks to you right now. And John, the 10th chapter. Boy,
I mean, John's just full of this. He said, I am the father of one.
They took up stones to stone him again. And Jesus answered
them, for good work do you stone me, but for blasphemy, and because
you, being a man, make yourself out to be God. He said that.
And Jesus said to them, has it not been written that your law,
that I say that you are gods? And he called them gods, to whom
the word God in the scriptures cannot be broken. And you Mormons
don't take off with this now, because that's not what it's
really talking about. Do not say of him whom the Father
has sanctified and sent into the world, and you are blaspheming
because I am the Son of God. If I do not do the works of my
Father, then don't believe me. But if I do them, though you
believe not in me, believe in the works. that you may know
and understand that the Father is in me, and I in the Father.
And therefore they are seeking again to seize him, and he eluded
her grasp." In the eighth chapter, John is
this fool of the deity of Christ. I'll get my pages apart. John
8. And the Jews said to him, you're
not yet 50 years old and you have seen Abraham. And Jesus
said to them, truly, truly, I say to you, before Abraham was, I
am. He said, I am the eternal God.
Exodus 3.14. Therefore they picked up stone
to throw at him, but Jesus hid himself and went out of the temple.
All of this teaches one thing. Jesus the Christ, the Hamashiah
of Israel, is the eternal God, Jehovah. He is divine. Jesus is not an angel. Jesus
was not a spirit. Jesus came to the world. He was
born in the womb of Mary, impregnated into the womb of Mary. She brought
him forth. He lived in Egypt for a while. He was born in Bethlehem, just
like the Bible said he would. Then he went back and was raised
in Nazareth. He went to the synagogue and then one day in the synagogue
he stood up and he told them this day, he read the scriptures
and said that God was going to send Jehovah and that God was
going to appear to mankind and he said this day the scriptures
are fulfilled in your ears and in your sight. And they took
up stones to stone him again. They were going to push him off
the cliff. They were going to kill him. They had a religion they loved.
And they loved the praise of mankind. And they did not want to share the kingdom with him. And he was a king of Israel. And Acts the 7th chapter, that's
right after John, you know. Acts the 7th chapter. Well, that's Stephen preaching
there. They're going to kill Stephen. And he delineates the whole history
of Israel. He says here in verse number
49, heaven is my throne and the earth is my footstool. That's
what Psalm 110 says. and the earth is my footstool?
And what kind of house will you build for me, saith the Lord?
Or what kind of place is there for me to repose or live in? Was it not my hand which made
all the things?" You men! He told them that God had visited
the Jewish people and called out Abraham and all of them were
saying, Amen, Amen, Amen, and then all of a sudden he says
this. And you men are stiff-necked and uncircumcised in heart, and
your ears are always resisting the Holy Spirit, and you are
doing just as your fathers did? Which one of the prophets did
your fathers not persecute and kill those who had previously
announced the coming of the Righteous One?" That's Jesus. He's talking
to himself. "...whose betrayers and murderers
you have now become, and you receive the law as ordained by
angels and yet you not keep it? Now when they heard this they
were cut down in their hearts and they began to gnaw on him
with their teeth. They didn't like that with their
teeth, they bit him like dogs. And being full of the Holy Spirit
he gazed until into the heavens and saw the glory of God and
Jesus standing at the right hand of God and he said, behold I
see the heavens opened up and the son of man standing at the
right hand of God. They cried out with a loud voice, and they
covered their ears, and they rushed upon him with one impulse. And when they had driven him
out of the city, they kept on stoning him. And the witness
laid aside their robes at their feet a young man named Saul,
and this is the apostle Paul later. And Stephen went on stoning
Stephen, and they called upon the Lord and said, Lord Jesus,
receive my spirit. He said that. And falling on
his knees, he cried out with a loud voice, Do not hold this
sin against them. And having this, he fell asleep.
He died. He didn't go into soul sleep,
and he went right straight to be with God. But his body, as if,
fell asleep. All of this says one thing. And
a lot of it is from the Gospel of John, isn't it? A lot of it
is from the Gospel of John. Now we go to the Book of Acts.
The Acts of the Churches. The Acts of the Churches, how
they were being built. And in the early churches, they
taught the divinity of Jesus Christ, that he was deity, that
he was God, and always was God. He didn't cease being God, he
always was. When you see Jesus, you'll see the Father, Son, and
the Holy Spirit all in one. And I'm not a oneness Pentecostal
either. But that is, he is the physical expression of the invisible
God. He's it. That's what you're going
to see. Our father, we send this message out for your honor and
glory. Please use it wherever it goes. Please convict sinners
of rises and judgment to come and please place in the hearts
of those that are saved your eternal truths and doctrines
of your word and your son, Jesus Christ. Please forgive me or
I fail you. In Jesus' name I pray, amen.
