Quickened, Raised, Seated

Death is the darkest of dreads. Life is the sweetest of graces. Paul set these two in contrast to each other. He began the chapter with the gloom of bondage. He hastened to begin verse four with "But God". Describing what God has done for His chosen people, Paul linked three meaningful verbs: "quickened", "raised", and "seated". Further, these will be shown as objects of His effectual grace and kindness.
