What to Pursue?

This sermon warns against the foolishness of thinking that the Bible teaches a form of socialism or communism. Rather, Paul seeks to show the believer what true sharing and hospitality look like in the dusty details of life. He says that generosity is a sure proof of sincere love for the Lord, sincere love for the Lord is manifested by how we love the brethren. Distributing to the needs of the saints and being given to hospitality are vital components of the outworking of God's Kingdom.
