God is So Good!

Jesus Christ reveals that there is only One who is GOOD, and that One is GOD. Throughout the OT, the refrain of God's people was to give thanks to the Lord for He is GOOD. But what do we mean by the 'goodness of God'? In what way is God 'good'? This sermon explores the caring nature of God as He is mindful of the needs of His creation. In applying God's goodness to us, we must confront our struggle with anxiety and worry, for at the core of worry is 'little faith' in the goodness of God. The sermon ends with a three-fold admonition to trust God's goodness, taste God's goodness, and then thank God for His goodness. This message is perfect to prepare us for Thanksgiving.
