The Binding of the Strong Man

Jesus healed a man who was demon-possessed, blind, and mute such that the blind and mute man both spoke and saw. Those who opposed Him did not bear witness to the Spirit's work. Their judgment shows that faith and unbelief are not the result of proof. There is a mistaken view that if only we saw the undisputed miracles of Jesus, we would believe-or believe more. The scribes, however, have precisely seen such evidence-yet they did not believe.
