Hope for Today!

We are facing today in America an epidemic of hopelessness! Washington is deadlocked. The world is a mess. At times we feel helpless to do anything about it. But as followers of Jesus Christ, we have hope! Hope is faith projected to the future! We have hope because we've been begotten by God! We are born again into God's family. And our hope rests on the resurrection of our Lord! The hope that we have is our future inheritance of salvation that is incorruptible, undefiled, and unfading, reserved in heaven for us! And our inheritance is secure for it is kept under lock and key in the safest place-- heaven itself. Plus we are kept by the power of God! Nothing can ever separate us from His love! We, as believers in Christ, have hope for today!!
