Theoretical scientists have to
keep inventing alternative stories to bolster their Big Bang alternative
to the Genesis account of creation, because they keep running into
brick walls, and the further things progress, the more unlikely
their scenario has become. And yet they tenaciously hold
to their hopeless theories and fight tooth and nail to keep
God out of the discussion. Not long ago I was discussing
these things and told the agnostic I was talking to that whatever
version of the Big Bang and origin of the universe you hold to,
It's the most amazing oopsie in world history. And that got
some laughs. But it's a fact. Nothing caused
nothing to come into existence and then nothing caused that
nothing to explode. That's science. And then nothing
caused the processes that resulted in the universe that we now see
and all of the life and the beauty we find right here on planet
Earth. It was nothing. And then, oops,
there was something, somehow. And the chances of that happening
on accident, or just by chance, are zero in real terms. Oh sure,
you can crunch some numbers and come up with figures, and they
do, but it's beyond anything real or comprehensible. To start
with, to give the numbers any sense of reality when calculating
the chances of our universe existing by natural causes unaided by
a creator god, let's establish a bit of a marker for use in
comparison. And that's the universe itself.
Scientists have done the math and they tell us that the universe
is made up of 10 to the 80th power of atoms. You write the
number 10 and put 80 zeros after it. What is that number? I don't
know or care what you call it. It's beyond our comprehension.
But with 10 with 80 zeros after it, or 10 with 80 written with
the number 10 in a superscript and a little 80 is how it looks
when you represent it. That's how many atoms there are
in the universe. Now to come up with odds for
our universe coming into existence, It's a complicated combination
of more than 50 required quantities and constants. The website titled
All About Philosophy provides this explanation about just three
of those constants in the following quote. For example, Stephen Hawking
has estimated that if the rate of the universe's expansion one
second after the Big Bang had been smaller by even one part
in a hundred thousand million million That's, you know, the
universe would have re-collapsed into a hot fireball due to gravitational
attraction. We continue, this is a quote.
Physicist P.C.W. Davies has calculated that the
odds against the initial conditions being suitable for star formation,
without which planets couldn't exist, is one followed by at
least a thousand billion billion zeros. I'm continuing, this is
a quote, Davies also calculates that a change in the strength
of gravity or of the weak force by merely one part in ten raised
to the 100th power would have prevented a life-permitting universe,
end quote. In other words, there's just
no way, but somehow, oops, it happened. And there are at least
47 other equally impossible constants and quantities that are equally
impossible in their own right. And not one can be out of sync
by even the tiniest measure and the whole thing falls apart.
The bottom line is that All this information clearly refutes the
idea of a Big Bang by accident as the cause of the universe.
This data establishes the necessity for an intelligent mind we call
God. It's so clear that you'll find
articles like one at Forbes titled, How Probability Misleads Us About
the Universe, trying to convince you to ignore all this. We won't
ignore it. Real science and accurate mathematical
data demonstrate the utter impossibility of a universe without God and
that then that is evidence for God unless you are insane with
unbelief. But those who choose the sanity
of faith In a creator God, our God, can sing with the psalmist
in Psalm 95 6, O come let us worship and bow down. Let us
kneel before the Lord our maker. His name is Jesus.
127 The Most Amazing OOPSIE (Evidence For God) Our Daily Greg
The probabilities destroy the possibility of an atheistic Big Bang as an explanation for the Origin of the Universe. But "scientists" want us to believe in the most amazing OOPSIE known to man as an explanation for the Universe that we see.
