Is the Bible reliable?

Perhaps the most important question the Christian must answer today is, "Why do you believe the Bible?"

Do we need to accept that the Bible is true based merely on blind faith, disregarding reason?

Peter calls us to be prepared to give a reasoned defense for the hope that is within us. (1 Peter 3:15)

Given the incredible textual/manuscript evidence, archaeological & historical evidence, and prophetic evidence, we have every reason to believe that the Bible is reliable as God's Word and that God has preserved His Word faithfully for us.

Most importantly however, is that The Bible is not simply a reliable collection of historical documents but it is a book with a message, which is to turn to and put your faith in Jesus Christ, The Son of God.
