Do You Thirst For Christ?

Hunger is something that can be learned to be suppressed, for we can still live for a relatively long period without food, but not without liquids. Without water, we quickly dry out, and our body is unable to function properly. Thirst is a necessary physical craving to fulfil a life and death need. But the thirst and hunger that are mentioned in our text, this evening, point to a spiritual thirst, which needs to be satisfied:
