All His Benefits

We have a way of forgetting a lot of things, but let us consider a few questions. Has God been good to you? Has He provided for you throughout your life? Has He saved your soul from your sins? Has He allow you to do things you would have never dreamed? Has he given you a family to grow in and love and a greater family when He saved you? How soon we forget especially when times get hard? How soon we need to be reminding of the bountiful blessings of the Lord in our lives? We have so much to be thankful for in the midst of so many things that we should be praying for. Let us remember the Lord today and be reminded of how great He is and all the good He has done in our lives.
The title of this message will be “All His Benefits.” We should be thankful and have a heart of praise as we considered all that God has done for His people. Paul commanded in 1 Thessalonians 5:18, “In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.” We should have hearts full of praise when we remember Him. Let us consider the following 1) The Call to Bless the LORD 2) The Countless Blessings of God Bestows 3) The Call for Creation to Bless the LORD. In doing so, we will not be asking anything from the LORD in this text, we want to give gratitude for all that He has already done. He is good all the time and is worthy to be praised.
