Day 1: Read 2 Kings 5:20, Heb 12:15, Matt 26:14, 2 Kings 5:21, and discuss: What are some of the characteristics of one who is like a "spiritual barrel"? What are some ways these characteristics manifest themselves during worship? Who are we likely to deceive by such behavior? What things do we pursue with greater tenacity than spiritual things? How does this show where our heart's priorities are?

Day 2: Read 2 Kings 5:21-24, James 2:10, and discuss: How many commandments do we need to break to be guilty of all of the? How does the sin of covetousness relate to our breaking of other commandments? What are some areas of your life that violate those commandments because of covetousness?

Day 3: 2 Kings 5:24-27, Eph 4:19, Num 32:23 1 Tim 4:2, 1 Pet 2:11, and discuss: What things are we hiding that point to a place of compromise? How does lying effect us in how we regard our sin? What does God guarantee would happen to sin we seek to keep a secret? Why does covetousness keep us from having peace? What solution does Peter offer regarding lust that wars against our souls?
