Having a cause and being committed to it and compassionate toward those we lead. For, good followers position themselves, daily, to be great leaders.

The consistency of a leader:

Disciples of Jesus are followers, and as we follow, we learn more, love more, and live more and the more we learn, love, and live the more our lives grow deeper and deeper in the life of Christ.

As our love grows so does our ability to SEE, SEPARATE, and SELECT God's perfect will. Followers make the best leaders...

If WE don't take "personal accountability and responsibility" (the idea of taking heed to themselves) they will get sidetracked and off mission.
