About Us

In 1975 our church was formed when approximately 145 members of the Bethany Presbyterian Church (PCUS) left that denomination to join the Presbyterian Church in America. The first worship service at our present location, 601 Albert St. was held on July 2, 1978. The official governing bodies of the church, elected by the congregation, are the Session which consists of our Teaching Elder ( Pastor) and Ruling Elders, and the Board of Deacons.
