What do Reformed folks believe about the “end times?” Should we expect Jesus to come back to earth at some point in the future? What does the Old Testament have to do with Christian hope? Building off the spring quarter’s class on covenant theology, starting October 1st, Russell and Joshua will spend eight weeks talking about what Reformed theologians have to say about “last things.” Yes, they are aware that this topic is enormous and complex, but it is also one that is rich with blessings (Rev 1:3). Rather than getting bogged down in the weeds of exegeting obscure Old Testament passages, the objective of this class will be to provide a “lay of the land,” an overall map that will enable you to understand the way everything fits together into a big picture.
